The honest part

$250+average monthly investment

Coaching with me runs on a contract-based agreement — a 3-month or 6-month commitment. Most clients invest $250 or more a month for the program; in-person sessions in San Diego are billed separately at $100/session.

Real, lasting change takes consistency over months, not a single great week. If that timeline and that budget aren't a fit right now, that's completely okay — I'd rather you go in with clear eyes than be surprised later.

I'm a fitness and accountability coach, not a licensed medical professional. Always check with a physician before starting a new training or nutrition program, and seek medical attention immediately for any concerning symptoms during training.
